Terms of Service Agreement

HisabX does not store your ledger datasets on HisabX servers. Your ledgers, transaction data, and related files are synced and stored in your connected Google Drive account.

To use HisabX, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• check_circle Account Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
• check_circle Ledger Data: You retain full ownership of ledger data. Data files are stored in your Google Drive and are not retained on HisabX servers.
• check_circle Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the service.

HisabX offers various subscription tiers tailored to different business sizes. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan.

You agree not to use HisabX for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating fraudulent ledger entries or misrepresenting financial credit standing.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to our API.
• Using the service to store or transmit malicious software or "viruses".
• Reverse engineering the HisabX desktop client or extracting proprietary code.

HisabX is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HisabX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the application.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is your responsibility to maintain offline backups of critical financial data.
